Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Document Analyst to join our team at FirstRand Bank Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing the document authoring process, including document organization, storage, access, and the creation of templates aligned to our organization's needs and changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement document enhancements by addressing specific business needs and resolving queries
  • Ensure that documents are professionally and attractively laid out according to corporate identity
  • Show a strong aesthetic sensibility when it comes to document layout and visuals
  • Accurately create and update documents into internal systems from various sources
  • Verify and cross-check document structure for accuracy and completeness
  • Organize, manage, and maintain electronic files across development environments
  • Review and process high volumes of documents within strict deadlines
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure data and document structure integrity
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring all document records are up to date
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet project targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in document processing, data entry, or similar roles
  • Ensure accurate verification of systems post change
  • Manage programming incidents to provide efficient support, aligned to SLA's and agreed standards
  • Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback, and request training where appropriate and needed
