Objective

To safeguard IDEMIA facilities by protecting operations, personnel, physical assets, and sensitive information.

Core Responsibilities

  • Implement policies, procedures, and governance concerning the safety of individuals, property, and information within designated areas.
  • Facilitate collaboration between site security, external security providers, and other departments.
  • Assess and predict existing and potential threats to the organization’s interests.
  • Ensure proactive measures for the safety and security of personnel and assets.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to security and malicious activities within the assigned area and develop appropriate action plans.
  • Oversee detection and response strategies against malicious acts.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable national and international regulations.
  • Organize regular training sessions for individuals and groups on security threats, malicious activities, and protective strategies.
  • Assist in incident management and reporting in line with IDEMIA protocols and relevant legislation.
  • Support crisis management initiatives within the designated scope.
  • Coordinate necessary certifications and approvals for the site.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with local authorities and security professionals.
  • Assist with various activities under supervision.
