Main Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the CLIENT adheres to legal standards and in-house policies, enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as providing guidance on compliance matters.
- Compliance Programme Review: Periodically review and enhance compliance programmes to comply with regulatory and organisation requirements and objectives.
You will work closely with relevant departments to review, modify (if applicable), and implement organisation policies. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting or directing internal investigations of compliance and informing, educating, and training employees on matters associated with regulations and industry practices.
Contract Management- Custodian of Contracts: You will be the custodian of all contracts between the CLIENT and third parties.
- Contract Preparation: Prepare, draft, revise, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and other relevant parties.
A bachelor's degree in Law is required, along with 5 years' post-degree experience and a certificate in Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Proficiency in CaseWare, Microsoft Office, and Sage Intact is also essential.
