Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to join our team at Hr Xchange.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Accounting: Oversee and manage the full financial accounting function, including preparation of financial statements, general ledger maintenance, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Closing Processes: Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Cost Accounting: Manage and oversee cost accounting processes, including product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with production and operations teams to monitor and control manufacturing costs.
  • Cost Control Measures: Develop and implement cost control measures to improve profitability.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying and addressing variances.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed financial analyses and reports.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls to mitigate them.
  • Financial Policies and Procedures: Ensure the company's financial policies and procedures are compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Presentations: Present financial information, reports, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
  • External Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Strategic Direction: Oversee and provide strategic direction for other departments (for example HR and IT).
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Registered Chartered Accountant (SA) ESSENTIAL.
  • Experience: Significant post-qualification experience in a senior financial role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong experience in both financial and cost accounting. Advanced proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
Estimated Salary:

₹1,500,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum based on qualifications, experience, and location.
