Role Overview

The Enterprise Architect II role is a critical position that drives strategic technology initiatives and leads architectural design at Nedbank. This individual will be responsible for ensuring alignment with emerging technologies and recommending new technologies to support business strategies.

Key responsibilities include facilitating priority setting, project selection, and integration within the organization by providing guiding principles and architecture. Delivering business tasks according to your level of expertise to meet financial objectives is also a key aspect of this role.

The Enterprise Architect II will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment to newest trends and evaluate potential impact on the broader organization. They will also provide advice to the business across all disciplines and support the achievement of business strategy, objectives, and values.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, Honours or Master's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, TOGAF Foundation Training, and TOGAF Certification.

Minimum experience level required is 10+ years in systems design and development and 10+ years in architecture.
