Job Overview
Immploy is seeking a seasoned Nursing Manager to lead our Medical Ward team. As a key member of our healthcare leadership team, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing the nursing function within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Manage and lead the nursing team to achieve hospital and company strategic objectives
\u2022 Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
\u2022 Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and care
\u2022 Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to meet the needs of the hospital
\u2022 Ensure compliance with hospital and company policies, as well as relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
\u2022 Degree or Diploma in Nursing
\u2022 Post-graduate qualification in Nursing Management
\u2022 Current registration with the South African Nursing Council
\u2022 5 years of relevant clinical experience and knowledge of critical outputs within a medium or large hospital
\u2022 5 years of proven leadership and management experience within a medium or large healthcare facility
\u2022 Basic understanding of labor legislation
\u2022 Driver's license and ability to travel
