We are looking for a Wilderness Ambassador to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in the beautiful wilderness area, leading guests on guided hikes and participating in other outdoor activities.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest service, safety, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead guests on guided hikes and participate in other outdoor activities, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience.
  2. Share knowledge of local flora, fauna, and wildlife with guests.
  3. Maintain equipment and vehicles in good working condition and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • FGASA 2/NQF 4 or Professional Trails qualification
  • Trails or VPDA
  • ARH & rifle accreditation
  • Valid drivers license and PrDP
  • NDT registration
  • Valid First Aid Certificate
  • South African citizenship
  • Excellent guest relations skills
  • Highly presentable
  • Passion for conservation, nature, animals, and the environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good command of English language

Package:

  • R12,000 per month salary package, inclusive of benefits
  • Four weeks on, two weeks off rotation
