The Chefs Training & Innovation Academy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Principal to lead our educational institution. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the academic and operational aspects of our campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive academic excellence and operational efficiency.
- Academic Oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality academic programs, including curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation.
- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the campus, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Operational Management: Ensure the smooth operation of campus facilities, including maintenance, logistics, and security.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, and the wider community.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Education, Leadership, or a related field is required.
- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in education or a related field is required.
