The ideal candidate will have experience providing services in a Behavioral Health organization or with a community mental health or healthcare organization. This position is classified as Full-time, Exempt (salaried) and reports to the Program Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assess clients for mental health needs and provide individual, family conjoint, and group therapy services.
  2. Document and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information.
  3. Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups designed to develop an understanding of personal problems, goals, and progress.

Requirements

  1. Master's degree in counseling or social work.
  2. Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW, or LCSW).
  3. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Multitasking and independent work abilities.
