Main Responsibilities
  • Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, conduct daily walk-throughs, and address customer queries.
  • Inventory Management: Prepare daily stock take sheets, maintain accurate inventory levels, and deal with expired stock.
  • HR Support: Assist with HR queries, manage leave requests, and ensure uniform and PPE orders are met.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Grade 12 with post-matric certificate or diploma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 2 years of administration experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
