Imforce Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and experienced Girls' Education Residential Caregiver to join our team at an esteemed girls' secondary school. As a live-in position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to students in our boarding establishment.

About the Role

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a dedicated individual who is passionate about education and youth development. As a Girls' Education Residential Caregiver, you will work closely with the Senior House Mother and other staff members to ensure the well-being and academic success of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pastoral care and guidance to students, ensuring their emotional and academic well-being.
  • Assist with interviews and mentorship of boarder mistresses, promoting positive relationships and team dynamics.
  • Liaise with various departments, including school, kitchen, laundry, sickbay, and housekeeping staff, to address BE matters and enhance student experience.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and rosters, while ensuring seamless communication with parents and staff.
  • Participate in professional development courses and attend relevant events to stay updated on best practices and industry trends.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude and sense of humour.
  • A strong background in education, preferably working with young adults, especially girls.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in managing administrative tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation duties.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
What We Offer

  • A competitive salary, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
