We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our debt recovery and insolvency department.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of accounts, working closely with clients and stakeholders, and developing and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead a team of lawyers in handling debt recovery cases;
  • Provide expert advice on complex financial matters;
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve client goals;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in debt recovery law and procedure;
Requirements
  • LLB degree or equivalent qualification;
  • At least five years post-admission experience in debt recovery;
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and managing complex cases;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
