Partner Products Strategy Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to spearhead the Partner Products team at Hassad Consulting. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in product strategy and governance, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful product plans.
Main Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Develop and execute the product strategy and governance for our HPE line of business product portfolio.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the Product team to craft a BCX product strategy.
- Market Analysis: Gather market requirements and in response develop differentiated products and enhance existing products, with defined processes.
- Portfolio Optimization: Ensure the management of Product portfolios (Description / Value proposition, Offerings & Packages, Cost and Pricing).
- Performance Monitoring: Manage Product Performance (Fulfilment Assurance, Financial Performance), and Product Life Cycle considerations (i.e., building product roadmaps, particularly Technology roadmaps).
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Enable product positioning and outbound messaging with collateral as well as enablement of Sales Force through training, incentives and battle cards.
NQF 6 : 3 year Degree / Diploma / National Diploma in IT / Computer Science or Business Management
OR NQF 4 : Grade 12
Professional Background7 years relevant experience in product management / partner management with the focus on HPE products and solutions. At least 2 years' experience on management level is also required.
