We are seeking an experienced Billing/Finance Specialist/Bookkeeper to join our team as a remote worker. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and generating financial reports.

  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and balance the general ledger.
  • Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Assist in collections and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Process payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, billing, or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
