Novo Nordisk is seeking an experienced GCM DP Operations Manager to lead our global contract manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring Novo Nordisk's interests regarding short to midterm capacity, compliance, quality, manufacturing readiness, and activities at the CMO. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing new work standards and setups for collaboration between GCM DP and the CMO delivering aseptic manufacturing activities and participating in project work to ensure new projects enter operations in a satisfactory manner.
- Developing and following up on joint KPIs and creating a robust working relationship with the CMO.
- Initiating and implementing changes to maintain and improve operations.
- Supporting CMOs (and acting as backup for other Operations Managers) all over the world.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant scientific education corresponding to MSc or BSc within Pharmacy, Engineering, or Supply Chain, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good command of English. They should also have experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging and cGMP, outsourcing or managing global CMOs, and production, manufacturing operations, project management, or supply chain management.
