This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance, including office administration and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining accurate financial records, from trial balance to balance sheet
  2. Managing various transactions, including VAT, EMP, and SDL
  3. Capturing and processing workman's compensation
  4. Performing administrative tasks, such as phone answering and email management
  5. Handling human resources functions, including staff leave, IRP5, and contracts
Requirements:
  1. Tertiary qualification
  2. Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  3. Familiarity with Xero accounting and Pastel Payroll is advantageous
