About the Role

Sagen Advisory is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

You will oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance reports, assist with budget preparation, and manage Syspro modules. Additionally, you will supervise and control accounting staff, ensure all staff meet deadlines and tasks, and manage monthly salaries and weekly wage reconciliations.

Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and hold a professional qualification such as AGA(SA), PA(SA), CA(SA), or CIMA. They will also have post-articles experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or construction industry.
