Job Responsibilities
As a Finishing Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating slitting machines with accuracy and speed.
- Ensuring quality control measures are in place throughout the slitting and rewinding process.
- Collaborating with the QC Inspector and Production Shift Supervisor to meet customer expectations.
- Maintaining effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Working flexible hours, including shifts and overtime, to meet production demands.
- Participating in safety initiatives and adhering to safe work practices.
