We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Supply Chain Administrator to join our team in the Western Cape. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics process, managing tender and contract information, and maintaining supplier database registers.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the logistics process to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
  • Administer and handle tender and contract information, including updating the tender and contract registers on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier databases.

You will also assist with aspects of asset register management, including asset verifications, and procure office equipment and other supplies as needed.

Requirements
  • Grade 12 with accounting as a passed subject or accounting in tertiary qualification.
  • Valid driver's license and own transport to/from and between operational sites.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Availability to work overtime, on weekends, and on a shift or rotational basis if required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English - spoken, reading, and written.
Package & Remuneration

Salary: R 286.68 per hour (min 172 hrs per month).

Contract: 12 - 24 months as an independent contractor.

Locations: Greater Cape Town metropole.
