Key Responsibilities
- Attend to visitors, deal with inquiries, and provide information regarding the school to the public, learners, parents, and clients.
- Answer the telephone, screen calls, and direct them accordingly.
- Take and relay messages accurately.
- Greet persons entering the school and direct them to the correct destination.
- Generate quotations and manage bookings for the conference centre.
- Liaise with the food and beverage department.
- Deal with queries from learners and clients.
- Organise and coordinate the usage of venues and boardroom.
- Update and maintain the telephone list for distribution to staff.
- E nsure whereabouts of staff movements in and out of the school.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Fully understand the details of the group portfolio.
- Show personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
