The Recruiter is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of civil projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction sites are managed efficiently, with a focus on quality, safety, and cost control.

The key accountabilities of this role include site establishment and de-establishment in conjunction with tender planning, liaising with all parties involved from tender stages to handover, managing staff and plant requirements in accordance with contract specifications, and conducting meetings with suppliers regarding progress and production planning requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles, including quality assurance, health and safety, and environmental impact. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documents, drawings, and construction documents.

A minimum of 10 years' experience in civil works is required for this position, along with a relevant qualification such as N.Dip Civil or B.Tech Civil. Professional registration or candidacy with SACPCMP or ECSA would be advantageous.
