About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lean Facilitator to join our team in East London. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for implementing Lean and World-class Manufacturing principles across our organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate manufacturing and production performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For
  • A BEng Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial (preferably) with significant experience in manufacturing environments.
  • FMCG experience is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
