Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with clients to validate their instructions
  • Updating workflow systems to reflect changes in client information
  • Matching trades between client notifications and counterparty confirmations
  • Reconciling discrepancies in broker/counterparty accounts and trade details
  • Providing support to team members and the Team Leader
  • Ensuring accurate transfer positions for nominee accounts
  • Investigating transfer in and out requests
  • Handling corporate actions and related queries
  • Liaising with external managers for corporate action elections
  • Managing client funds cash transactions and reporting
  • Processing daily client and pooled FX trades
  • Reporting to stakeholders and clients as per regulations
  • Processing monthly management fees
  • Monitoring and realigning cash balances within CIS funds
  • Performing asset and cash reconciliations
  • Investigating and resolving reconciliation variances
  • Demonstrating understanding of regional regulations
  • Ensuring accuracy of fee accruals and preparing fee schedules
