Financial Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve operational systems and processes to enhance financial performance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.

Requirements:

  • BCom degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 5 years post-article experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, systems, and related laws.
  • Proven experience in a managerial and leadership role managing a team.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and Google Suite.
