Kitchen Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure all dishes are made to order and meet presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Ensure all ingredients and supplies are readily available and properly stored.
  • Monitor food quality and freshness.
  • Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to manage kitchen workflow.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is required.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • State Food Handler certificate required.
