We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Avantedge. As an integral part of our HR department, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance to line managers and leaders on employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full spectrum of employee relations cases, including discipline, grievances, performance management, and sickness absence.
  • Coach managers on staff issues and outcomes, ensuring all matters are resolved in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
  • Participate in the review and updating of HR policies and documentation, ensuring alignment with current legislation and organisational objectives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach.

You will also possess up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application, as well as strong policy implementation skills.

Able to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
