In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies to improve market penetration and achieve growth aspirations for ABB's Digital Solutions and Services. Execute digital sales tactics and initiatives to reach both qualitative and quantitative targets, focusing on sustainable order growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  2. Pursue new business opportunities through continuous business development efforts.
  3. Drive sales activities to deliver or exceed assigned budgets for Digital Orders.
  4. Support local sales team members to ensure achievement of sales volume and product mix targets.
  5. Tailor digital solutions and value propositions to meet customer requirements and business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  2. Minimum 10+ years' experience in the OT software industry with focus on digitalization and Industrial Software with strong understanding of relevant technologies and trends.
  3. Proven track record in Sales, Account management, Sales Management, strong customer focus, exposure to customer top management, consultative selling, driving results, and turning opportunities into sales successes.
