Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oncology systems.

- Analyze and define business requirements for new projects.
- Manage service level delivery according to agreed SLAs.
- Investigate incidents and assist with problem resolution.
Critical Outputs:
- Provide subject-matter expertise regarding Oncology systems to all role players.
- Monitor and assess system functionalities and performance.
- Ensure required maintenance requests are logged and implemented.
- Document interdependencies between systems and optimize for business stability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years' direct experience in managing IT systems.
- Operational experience in a corporate channel environment.
- ITIL Foundation Certified.
- Strong knowledge of Information Security controls.
- Deep knowledge of Oncology IT systems and procedures.
