Job Responsibilities

The Business Administrator - Financial Services will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial services team, including preparing financial reports, managing cash flow, and conducting audits.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Preparing Financial Reports: You will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Managing Cash Flow: You will oversee the management of our company's cash flow, ensuring that we have sufficient funds to meet our financial obligations.
  • Conducting Audits: You will conduct regular audits to ensure that our financial records are accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Providing Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to our financial services team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a solid understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as experience working with accounting software.
