About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in our team. As a Branch Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our branch office. Your primary focus will be on banking operations, customer relations, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

**Banking Operations**: You will oversee daily banking activities, including cash management, credit card processing, and reconciliations. Weekly tasks will include preparing for cash in transit collections and capturing transactions onto SAP. Monthly responsibilities will include GL allocation, capturing branch credit card spend, and checking creditor invoices for payment.

**Customer Relations**: You will administer customer accounts, resolve queries, submit requested documents, and collect debts. Additionally, you will process debtor account applications.

**Office Administration**: You will oversee filing systems, maintain staff registers, receive leave forms, and assist with HR documentation. You will also control office purchases, manage stock counts, and perform ad-hoc duties such as morning meetings and product launches.

Requirements
  • National Senior Certificate (Minimum)
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Driver's License and own vehicle
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Numeracy and Financial Acumen
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • A team player with the ability to work independently

In this rewarding position, you will utilize your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless operations within our team. With a competitive salary package of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, you will be well-compensated for your hard work and dedication.
