Operations and Facilities:

  1. Maintain facilities that meet Health and Safety standards.
  2. Negotiate with external suppliers and partners.
  3. Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies' standards.
  4. Monitor and evaluate lesson plans and quality of education.
  5. Adhere to the Academic Calendar and study schedules.
  6. Keep POEs and POAs updated according to schedules.
  7. Conduct audits and monitor outcomes.
  8. Evaluate lecturers to improve teaching quality.
  9. Manage learner master spreadsheets.
  10. Ensure campus staff, students, and equipment comply with Health and Safety regulations.
  11. Manage industry placement handbooks.
  12. Comply with stock control procedures.
  13. Minimize risks by following proper cancellation processes.

Staff Management:

  1. Regularly review and update staff's goal setting.
  2. Provide performance coaching on a monthly basis.
  3. Identify and address training needs.
  4. Track staff performance against set goals.
  5. Create a positive work environment promoting high performance and addressing underperformance.

Social Responsibility:

  1. Encourage participation in community projects and CSI initiatives.
  2. Participate in Capsicum wellness initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Create a customer-centric culture among staff, students, parents, industry, and suppliers.
  2. Collect customer feedback through various channels.
  3. Respond promptly to customer complaints.
  4. Enhance student life experiences on campus.
