Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Administrator AWS/GCP to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of AWS and GCP cloud platforms and be proficient in Ansible and other automation tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for AWS and GCP cloud environments to our customers.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement and maintain efficient DevOps practices.
  • Utilize the Atlassian stack (Jira & Bitbucket) to manage and orchestrate deployments effectively.
  • Implement and manage cloud infrastructure (IaaS) using Terraform/Terragrunt.
  • Identify opportunities and implement new processes to enhance daily tasks and automate server deployments.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including high-level and low-level designs, implementation guides, customer service guides, OLAs, SLAs, and SOPs.
  • Prepare and execute complex, high-impact, and high-risk changes within the cloud environment.
  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery strategies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in Ansible and other automation tools.
  • Experience with DevOps principles and practices.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform/Terragrunt.
  • Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
