Job Title: Premium Brand Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Service Advisor to join our team at Astor Motor Recruitment. As a Premium Brand Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on their vehicle maintenance and repair needs
  • Work closely with our team of technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
  • Matric Certificate
  • Completed Certified Service Advisor Certificate
  • A valid Driver's License
  • At least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised premium brand motor dealership
  • Above average customer service skills
  • Exceptionally well-groomed and presented
  • Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
  • Clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties
  • Working knowledge of a DMS (Kerridge preferred)
  • A stable work history
  • Contactable references
