Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct microbiological tests and analyses in our laboratory
  • Develop and implement new testing methods and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in microbiology (minimum ND Microbiology / Food Technology)
  • 2-3 years' experience in a SANAS-accredited laboratory advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
