Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing inventory effectively, with a strong focus on organization, precision, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and Guide Stock Control Staff: Lead and motivate a team of stock control staff to ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards.
  2. Create and Manage Work Schedules: Develop and implement effective work schedules that meet business needs, providing training and support to team members as required.
  3. Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all goods are accurately recorded in inventory systems, identifying and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  4. Conduct Regular Audits: Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy, identifying inefficiencies in stock control procedures and implementing solutions to enhance operations.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
  3. Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
  4. Knowledge of stock control, quality control, and health and safety regulations.
  5. Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
