Role SummaryThe Digital Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the Head of Marketing to devise and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy. This includes social media, aligned with the overall marketing strategy for each product/service as well as the overall brand. The ideal candidate will possess a robust digital marketing background and be open to supporting various tasks within the marketing department.
Key Responsibilities- Digital Marketing Strategy: Establish a digital marketing strategy, including social media, aligned with the overall marketing strategy for each product/service as well as the overall brand.
- Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Content Management: Ensure all content created is accurate and error-free by proofreading promotional materials, social media, digital and all other marketing elements.
- Documentation: Responsible for final approval of all marketing documentation along with the Head of Marketing.
- Digital Platforms: Responsible for the following digital platforms:
- Website maintenance.
- Ensure optimal chatbot functionality.
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
- Google Analytics and Google AdWords (paid search and display network campaigns).
- Google My Business (localisation).
- Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on all digital marketing activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to determine the success of digital marketing activities, make recommendations to optimise the company's digital marketing efforts and return on investment.
- Websites and SEO: Continually optimise the company website, social media pages and search engine optimisation (SEO) to generate quality leads and drive conversions.
- Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure objectives are reached within budget parameters.
- Trend Analysis: Identify new trends and technologies in digital marketing and recommend adoption of those most beneficial.
- Competitor Research: Ensure that the company's products/services remain at the forefront of digital advertising by conducting research, including competitor and industry analysis and report on insights and learnings.
- Social Media Content: Develop relevant social media content, both paid and organic, aligned to the overall marketing strategy and campaign briefs.
- Community Management: Responsible for community management.
- Stakeholder Communication: Assist the Head of Marketing with external stakeholders to ensure that partnered marketing campaigns are executed effectively.
- Vendor Management: Checking and approving relevant supplier invoices and reconciliations.
- Quote Submission: Submitting quotes and invoices for approval.
- System Updates: Ensuring the necessary systems are updated with the most up-to-date piece of marketing material.
