The Service Delivery Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the hospital facility is always clean and in a habitable state.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure the hospital facility is always clean and in a habitable state.
- Participate in building hand-over projects to ensure additional soft services are procured timeously where applicable.
- Effective quality systems management:
- Ensure customer satisfaction surveys are conducted regularly and requirements/complaints are identified, investigated, acted upon, and managed appropriately.
- Ensure external stakeholders conform to agreed quality standards and drive conformance to relevant Health and Safety legislation as it relates to area of responsibility.
- Effective financial management:
- Participate in the budgeting process and monitor performance against the budget.
- Plan, agree, and implement Capex expenditure with hospital management.
- Effective people management:
- Demonstrate visible leadership in respect of hospital values, operating model, and strategy and actively sponsor company initiatives and projects in own area of responsibility.
- Recruit, retain, motivate, and develop staff according to the hospital's people's policies and practices.
- 3-4 year degree or national diploma in Facilities Management, Business Management/Administration, Hospitality Management, Logistics Management, Supply Chain/Contracts Management, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years' experience managing outsourced/insourced soft services, integrated facilities management, and bundled soft services.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing large teams.
- Knowledge and exposure to industrial relations.
