About the Role

RPO Recruitment's client seeks a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse for various departments within their healthcare facility. This role is integral to providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital wards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to established protocols.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress, identifying potential issues promptly.
  • Assist with medical procedures and examinations, providing emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans, promoting informed decision-making.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Enrolled Nurse qualification.
  • Current registration with the Nursing Council.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of the healthcare facility.
