{"Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Email Executive to join our team at Ten Lifestyle Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging email campaigns, collaborating with the Content team, and ensuring the effectiveness and visual appeal of our communications.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and deploy email campaigns from scratch, utilizing expertise in HTML and CSS
* Collaborate with the Content team to plan and execute email strategies
* Analyze member data for targeted outreach and segmenting
* Design and develop new HTML modules for our campaigns
* Conduct quality assurance checks on colleagues' emails
* Identify and resolve coding issues in email templates for optimal deliverability
* Utilize Acoustic and various Email Service Providers (ESPs) to execute email campaigns

Requirements

* Expertise in HTML and CSS for crafting email templates and fixing bugs
* Interactive email creation with experience building engaging, interactive emails
* Responsive design skills with knowledge of modular and responsive HTML and CSS
* Familiarity with left-to-right (LTR) and right-to-left (RTL) languages
* Experience with Acoustic or similar ESPs
* Solid grasp of email design principles
* Problem-solving skills with creativity and resourcefulness
* Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work
* Organization and time management skills with strong communication skills

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office

* Resident in South Africa
* Hybrid working arrangement, with at least 2 days per week in the office
