  7. Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant Site Construction experience is necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Estimator in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Bluebeam, Procore, or RSMeans.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional certification (e.g. Certified Professional Estimator) is a plus.
