Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Financial Administrator to maintain accurate records of financial transactions, update financial databases, and assist in debtors and creditors management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation.
  • Update and maintain financial databases.
  • Assist with the management of debtors and creditors such as processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor and follow-up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Support financial projects and initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Matric certificate;
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, with exposure to debtors and creditors.
  • Valid driver's license and own transport.
  • Relevant finance or accounting qualifications would be advantageous.
