Our team in Cape Town handles insurance and assistance claims in an international office environment, working on various international projects in liaison with other Centers around the world.

Job Description

We are currently looking for Italian speakers to fill the position of Medical Claims Specialist. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing claims services to clients
  • Replying to incoming email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Processing and arranging claims for medical and travel insurance
  • Handling claims from start to finish, including data entry and invoice assessment
  • Delivering friendly and outstanding customer service
  • Working efficiently in a multilingual and multicultural team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional fluency in Italian
  • Proactive and able to perform well under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible and open-minded to ongoing changes and training
  • Matric or higher qualification
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office tools
