About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Policy Administrator to support the Procurement Officer in executing the procurement policy across Africa.

This role involves taking responsibility for driving all activities related to procurement, ensuring that the policy is executed within the firm through training, support, administration, governance, and execution of policy actions to drive compliance, savings, risk mitigation, and overall oversight on procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal audit findings - collation, interpretation, and execution
  • ISQM - research, understanding, and execution
  • Databases - maintenance, tracking, and quality screening
  • NetZero - supplier engagement, categorization, and tracking
  • Budget tracking - analyzing trends in spending and developing cost reduction strategies
  • Supplier selection - assisting across IFS systems
  • Procurement panel - supporting the panel process
  • ProcureCheck - loading new data, screening, and risk assessment
  • Automated onboarding - developing processes for suppliers
  • Software - investigating and testing across the global network
  • Tenders - developing and executing processes
  • Policy development - bringing best practices and adapting them to the firm's needs
