HC Technology Innovation Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Neptune team as a Group Human Capital Business Systems Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing HC systems that align with HC objectives and leveraging technology to meet business needs.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to drive the management and development of cutting-edge HC Operations within Neptune.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategy Development: Develop a fit-for-purpose strategy for the HC Information Systems team, providing strategic & tactical direction and ensuring effective management and ownership of the entire HC Digital platform.
- Domain Expertise: Maintain domain expertise in HC technology best practices and changing technologies, making recommendations for enhancements or changes based on the HC Systems landscape.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the IT Support services team to establish a design practice for Human Capital that embeds a customer-centric culture.
- Value Chain Innovation: Drive HC value chain innovation.
- Risk Mitigation: Advise on the implementation of risk mitigating initiatives within the HC digital technology solution implementation processes.
- Objective Alignment: Facilitate collaboration between HC requirements, business design, employee design, and group strategy for alignment of objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as a leader and hands-on technical expert for HCIS, helping build and execute a technology roadmap that balances strategic and operational needs of HC and supports the HC Technology and Services strategy with the centralized service model.
- Digital Transformation: Lead the digital HC transformation to change and modernize the HC landscape and ways of working, delivering an employee experience that differentiates and strengthens Neptune's employer brand.
- Project Coordination: Participate in the end-to-end project schedule for system upgrades/implementation from requirements gathering, UAT, user training, and system go-live preparations.
- Project Evaluation: Lead HC digital projects and support in the evaluation and implementation of these.
- Integration: Partner with the Information Technology team to effectively integrate with and support HC systems.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendors.
- Financial Planning: Manage financial aspects.
- Team Management: Manage the HC Technology team.
