Job Title: School Counselor - Residential Specialist

International SOS is seeking a highly skilled School Counselor - Residential Specialist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Develop and implement a comprehensive guidance and counselling program for students.
  
• Provide support to students in achieving their academic, personal and social goals.
  
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and other school staff to promote individual and community well-being.
  
• Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to child safeguarding, bullying and student welfare.
  
• Work with students individually and in groups to address various issues and concerns.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  
• Master's degree in Counselling or related field.
  
• Relevant administrative and teaching experience.
  
• Experience working with international students.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
