Job Summary:

Diverse Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Automation Controls Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in designing and developing complex electrical systems and electronic components and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, management, and automation controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of electrical systems and electronic components and products.
  • Develop and implement automation controls systems for various industries and industrial components.
  • Redesign and improve existing electrical and control systems, including safety systems.
  • Project management, estimating, purchasing, panel design, PLC & HMI programming & networking, commissioning & start-up.
  • Troubleshoot and upgrade existing pipeline station and substations electrical and control systems.

Requirements:

  • Electrical engineering degree and strong management skills.
  • Experience as a Senior Electrical Automation Controls Engineer with strong management skills.
  • Proficient in PLC, HMI, Allen-Bradley, Siemens programming, and C/C++ software.
  • Strong project management, estimating, purchasing, and panel design skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive and other industries.
  • Knowledge of AutoCad and Solid works.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
