Job Title: Associate Creative Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Associate Creative Project Manager to join our team at HelloKindred. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Senior Creative Project Managers to manage creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Review and qualify briefs to ensure effective content delivery and prioritize projects against business goals.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to drive project success.
  • Oversee and manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and financial tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, creative team members, and external partners to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the creative team, encouraging creative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Utilize project management and design software to streamline project workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to ensure projects are relevant and impactful.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager in a creative or marketing environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of supporting successful project delivery.
  • Experience with financial services role or accounts would be a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of creative processes and design principles.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Experience with Adobe Workfront is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
