Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fault-finding and repairing high-value/low-volume hardware
  2. Designing and maintaining test systems
  3. Identifying optimisation opportunities and implementing solutions
  4. Improving sensor performance and PCBA reliability
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement
  6. Training staff, sharing knowledge, and building excellence into every process

Requirements:

  1. B.Eng. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  2. 2+ years in an electronic engineering environment (especially RF circuitry)
  3. Hands-on experience with THT & SMD rework
  4. Comfortable using MS Office and communicating professionally
  5. Exposure to ISO 9001 facilities, MRP/ERP systems, or RF testing equipment is a plus
  6. Analytical, detail-driven, and technically curious
  7. A confident communicator and collaborative team player
  8. Motivated by ownership and accountability
  9. Passionate about engineering excellence and customer satisfaction
