Finance Professional with Expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O

Our team is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Financial Analyst to join our dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring financial systems within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions that meet business requirements, focusing on financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Configure and customize financial processes, workflows, and business rules according to client needs.
- Develop custom solutions and integrations within the D365 F&O platform.
- Manage solution deployment and release management using Azure DevOps.
- Provide functional leadership in agile project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across the F&O platform.
- Mentor junior team members on functional best practices and financial process implementation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 F&O or AX2012 across the globe.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps, build and release pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and Power Platform integration.
- Experience with agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
Functional Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or AX2012 (minimum 5 years).
- Azure DevOps.
- SQL Server.
- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- SSRS/Financial Reporting.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with both functional and non-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex financial requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in agile teams.
