About The Role
The Talent Management Specialist will be accountable for implementing best-in-class talent management practices across the organization.
This includes talent and assessment management, supporting the centre of expertise, partnering with business units, conducting research, and providing thought leadership and guidance on talent management and assessment topics.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Talent and assessment management - post-onboarding talent reviews, strategic workforce planning, talent development, assessment, and promotion.
- Support the centre of expertise in designing, developing Group-wide talent and assessment standards, frameworks, and policies.
- Partner with business units to design, measure, and execute talent management and assessment solutions ensuring excellent customer and candidate experience.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on best practices and market trends to ensure relevant talent management and assessment practices.
- Consult with business, provide thought leadership, guidance, and learning support on talent management and assessment topics such as performance management, career and succession management, strategic workforce planning, talent reviews, talent development, assessment innovation, benchmarking, validation, retention, etc.
- Ensure efficient and professional execution of talent and assessment deliverables including the Group's promotion process, assessment feedback, billing, and ad hoc projects or assignments.
- Deliver accurate and timely talent and assessment data, analytics, and reporting to inform decision-making.
- Support business units with reporting, system management, database management, expertise, guidance, and learning on enabling technology platforms for talent and assessments.
